Senior Build Engineer
Description
Do you enjoy tending compu-taters on the build farm? As a Senior Build Engineer, you'll collaborate with IT Support to maintain and support all facets of the build farm, including configuration, troubleshooting, software updates, and setting up new projects. Furthermore, you'll research new technologies and techniques to optimize the build process and enhance infrastructure performance. You'll integrate the output of the development teams into releases and liaise with QA to have them tested.
Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if:
- You have a good understanding of source control management software (Perforce an advantage)
- You're articulate, have strong written and verbal communication skills and a good command of the English language
- You have the ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
- You have prior experience with game development or software development processes
- You have programming experience in a commercial environment (C/C++ is essential)
- You have experience with using distributed build systems and continuous integration systems
