Living World Team

Our Living World Team is formed by multi-national and goal-driven group who are by nature creative problem-solvers. The team has a thirst for technical and artistic excellence; it supervises and collaborates with a host of internal departments, enabling the production of a large variety of content while retaining a tight-knit culture. 

 As a Senior Technical Animator , you are the one that breathes life into our worlds. For you, animation isn’t about the key-frames and poses of the hero characters. Your canvas is bigger, you work on the scale of streets, cities… entire worlds. For you the world is a character in itself.

What you will do

As a Senior Technical Animator, your main tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Act as a bridge between the Design, Animation and Code;
  • Push the envelope for free moving crowd animations;    
  • Keep an eye on all animations produced by the team to make sure they hit our quality bar.
  • Design and execute processes, conventions and techniques to maintain and improve our excellence as it relates to Living World Animation production;
  • Review internally as well as externally produced content and propose novel approaches to maintain and improving the overall quality of our living world animation;
  • Mentor, train and inspire other animators within the team.

Who you are

We’d love to hear from you when you:

  • Are an experienced Animator by trade, preferably at a AAA rated games studio;
  • Has worked on at least one game title with a strong crowd element in a hands on position;
  • Has a passion for in-world civilian behavior/systems/animation;
  • Have deep understanding of animation networks/tech;
  • Self-motivated and independent; Excellent communicator.
