Life At Guerrilla

At Guerrilla, we collectively steer the direction of our culture because we believe it belongs to us all. Our teams are always connecting with each other of their own accord, so our culture and social activities reflect that, being equally diverse, welcoming, and never forced.

Our ultimate goal is to create ambitious, quality entertainment. But we also recognize that it's a diverse group of individuals, connecting over our shared passion for our craft, that allows us to reach that level of quality.

This philosophy doesn't just inform our work but also our flat hierarchy. We aim to empower everyone to contribute ideas and opinions, and strive for a culture that affords every person the opportunity, freedom, and safety to be themselves, to be creative, and to grow professionally.

As well as Friday drinks and frequent company-organized events where we celebrate studio milestones and international holidays, Guerrillas frequently arrange activities and clubs themselves. These include table tennis comps, karaoke, board game evenings, crocheting clubs, football viewings, and movie screenings in our theatre.

At Guerrilla, we strive to push our artistry, attention to detail and technical performance to new heights with every new game we develop. We also believe that working at an award-winning game development studio shouldn’t come at the expense of one’s personal life. It is our aim to foster a welcoming and creative work environment – one in which every employee can grow professionally, find new friends and unwind at the end of the day.
