Our story

Guerrilla is one of Europe's leading game development companies and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe. We started in 2000, and have pushed the boundaries of technical and artistic excellence in our games ever since.

Today, we employ more than 350 professionals from 25 different nationalities. Our studio is located in the cultural and historical center of Amsterdam, The Netherlands — a great place to work and play.

Florentina (Thumbnail)

Florentina Neagu Producer

Originally from Romania, Florentina Neagu is a Producer at Guerrilla in Amsterdam. She was chiefly responsible for overseeing the localization of Horizon Zero Dawn, and has recently begun expanding the scope of her responsibilities.

Blake Rebouche Game Designer

Louisiana native Blake Rebouche has been at the Guerrilla studio in Amsterdam since 2015. A game designer with a passion for telling stories through design, he worked for some of Horizon Zero Dawn’s most memorable quests.

Johanna Persson Game Tech Programmer

Swedish-born Johanna Persson is a Game Tech Programmer at Guerrilla's Amsterdam studio. Originally a Technical Animator on Killzone Shadow Fall, she made the leap to Game Tech in the run-up to Horizon Zero Dawn.
