INTERNSHIPS AT GUERRILLA

As an intern at Guerrilla, you will immerse yourself in the world of game development. From collaborating with industry leaders to working on cutting-edge projects, you'll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of game creation.
OUR TEAM
Guerrilla QA team is an integral part of the development process.
We collaborate closely with key stakeholders to upstream quality of the projects enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.
As an intern on our QA team, you'll acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to ensure the game is functionally performing well, qualitatively matching expectations, ready for review in accordance with our development timeline, and eventually ready for launch.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will rotate between different QA specializations, focusing on a different part of the game each month
- You will write bug reports based on the findings of your playthroughs
- You will learn about our development timeline, to ensure that your bugs align with the current needs of the title
- You will be part of specialized teams that are deep-diving into the game and the engine to find the root cause of bugs in our game
WHO YOU ARE
In order to qualify for an internship at Guerrilla, you must be:
- Currently enrolled in a Dutch school within a relevant field of study
- Able to work on-site in our Amsterdam studio
- Available for an Internship during the first half of 2026
- Excited to deep dive into how games are being developed
- All for breaking the stereotype that just being into games means being a game tester
Additionally, we'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Worked with a Game Engine before (Unreal Engine, Unity, Godot, etc.)
- Have worked as part of a multidisciplinary team (art, programming, production, etc.) on a game project.
- Are interested in developing yourself as a specialist (character artist, graphics programmer, level designer, QA engineer, etc.).
- Have worked with work/project tracking software (Jira, Devtrack, Bugzilla, YouTrack, GitLab, etc.)
- Have worked with file version control software (Perforce, GitHub, Subversion/SVN, etc.)
