INTERNSHIPS AT GUERRILLA

As an intern at Guerrilla, you will immerse yourself in the world of game development. From collaborating with industry leaders to working on cutting-edge projects, you'll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of game creation.
OUR TECHNICAL WORLD DESIGN TEAM
At Guerrilla, the Technical World Design team is responsible for empowering World and Quest design teams to create content in a clean, robust and scalable manner.
We build, maintain systems and workflows within Decima, streamlining the process of creating fun and engaging player experiences using our proprietary visual scripting language. Focusing on world and quest features/systems that are needed in order to achieve the design direction goals by working closely with the design- and code teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prototype and R&D for new features
- Assist with maintaining existing world content systems
- Assist with new workflows that will speed up development process within World and Quest design teams
- Written documentation - one-sheets, TDDs, test plans, user documentation
- Point of contact for technical support for World and Quest design teams
WHO YOU ARE
In order to qualify for an internship at Guerrilla, you must be:
- Currently enrolled in a Dutch school within a relevant field of study
- Able to work on-site in our Amsterdam studio
- Available for an Internship during the first half of 2026
Additionally, we'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience with visual scripting languages
- A technical mindset. You’re passionate about clean and robust logic and content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Plusses:
- Experience creating scalable systems in conjunction with programmers
- An understanding of game development pipelines and production cycles

Please note: This position is based in our studio in the heart of Amsterdam. You must be in commuting distance from the studio and able to work in the Netherlands in order to qualify for the internship
